Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require:
A receipt or proof of purchase

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Book with obvious signs of use
Opened CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
Item returned more than 30 days after delivery

If approved:
Your refund will be processed
A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days
Refunds – Transaction Fee
Please note:
A 10% transaction fee will be deducted if you request a refund after placing an order
This fee is charged by payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card issuers)
This fee is non-refundable and not retained by Cupiprint

If not marked as a gift:
